1).3d Design/Samples
for quotationAccording to 3D drawing or samples for quotation.
2).NegotiationsIncluding the prices of molds, molds sizes, material for cores & cavities, weight of product, part cost, payment, molds lifetime, delivery, etc.
3).Purchasing OrderAfter the customer confirming the mould design and quotation,Sign the contract and Proforma Invoice
4).Making moldsConfirm drawing, start to do DFM, mold flows and mold detail agreed with the customer, start production.
5).Production scheduleWeekly report to the customer a mold progress(picture).
6).sample shootWe provide the moulds test samples for confirmation(about 10-15 piece) then mass production after getting your signature sample
7).PackageWooden case for moulds, cartons for parts, or as your requiretment.
8).Deliverydeliver goods by air or by sea.
